  • For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with companies on identifying new market opportunities through competitive research, heuristic evaluations, stakeholder interviews, and mapping customer journeys creating a unique Customer Experiences within Agile teams

  • Being curious plays a big role in my professional development — I dig through Data, always asking WHY while learning user patterns to predict their behavior
  • I’m in love with Interactive and Human-Centered Design and prefer to take user-focused approach to all my work

Digital Design Strategy:
  • I’ve learned that to successfully drive growth, we need to identify opportunities and re-think what is possible
  • Being Data-Driven designer, understanding integrations with Google (Search Console, Analytics), Mailchimp and Social media channels to measure ROI is essential
  • I am lucky enough to be experienced in Digital Publishing, E-commerce, Product, and Service Design

  • My design process is User-centered, including personas, task flows, content audits and user testing
  • I understand what’s technically possible, and how business rules work with customer experience
  • Developers are my best friends
  • Storytelling is the best way to create a great product
  • I practice Design Sprints and I run 4 times a week

2007-2012 — Assistant Professor and Board Member, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Architecture, School of Design, mentored more than 30 student projects per year, on BA and MA Graphic Design and Visual Communication studies
2009 — Collaborated on Paper specimen for Igepa Plana based on “10 things I have learned” by Milton Glaser while working in Bunch design
2009 — Studio Mamuti, “Borrat”, honorable mention for “Tree with us” competition (sustainable Christmas decoration concepts)
